Our Story

To say that the Lord has provided for our church is an understatement! Time and time again, God has affirmed our steps of faith, showing Himself as our Waymaker. Our mission is to bring hearts to Jesus, striving to remain diligent and unyielding to weariness or complacency. We are a church committed to continual progress—through prayerful guidance, obedient hearts, and faith-filled steps—advancing each of our ministries for His glory. Transformation is happening not only in the lives of our church and community but even within our facilities. We give all honor to God for His provision, from where He has brought us to where He is leading us next.

Falls Creek Cabin

In 2015, God opened the door for our church to purchase and renovate a cabin at Falls Creek. Though this opportunity wasn’t something we initially sought, we trusted His timing and provision. With the dedication of numerous volunteers and contractors, all working toward a common goal, the cabin was ready for the 2016 summer camps. God truly made a way! Our 125-person cabin was not only completed in time but was rented throughout most of that first summer, enabling hundreds of additional kids to experience Falls Creek. In an even greater blessing, the selfless generosity of our church family allowed us to pay off the cabin in 2019. Today, we are grateful for this beautiful, well-located, and fully-equipped space, where lives can be forever transformed through Christ.

Church Playground

In 2017, our church saw the need for a commercial playground. The estimated cost of $25,000 was higher than expected, yet our commitment never wavered. Through prayerful stewardship, we pressed forward and raised $10,000, trusting God to provide. In a powerful display of His provision, MacArthur Blvd. Baptist Church in Irving, TX, donated commercial playground equipment to us! The $10,000 we had raised allowed us to complete the project by covering the cost of perimeter fencing, professional installation, and mulch bedding. God truly led us through this journey, providing in ways only He can. We look forward to the day we can pay forward this incredible generosity and bless another church just as we were blessed.

Digital Sign

In January 2018, we enhanced our church grounds with a vibrant digital sign, easily visible to motorists on Hwy 70. This eye-catching addition serves as a welcoming invitation to our community, sharing weekly service times, special event details, and uplifting messages. Our hope is that this sign not only keeps everyone informed but also spreads encouragement to all who pass by.

Bullpen Ministry

Our growing group of 5th and 6th graders needed a dedicated space, a ‘good problem’ for any church! We waited patiently, sought solutions, and once again, God provided. In 2018, we purchased two adjacent buildings with potential we'd long envisioned. Renovations began immediately, and by Spring 2019, we opened 'The Bullpen'—a special place just for our 5th and 6th graders, where they can gather for fun, fellowship, and ministry. The second building now serves as valuable storage space for our ministry equipment. We’re grateful for this provision that enhances our ability to serve and connect.
